How to Book Your Adventure
You've chosen your adventure - whether it be a group trip hosted by a Calgary Zoo naturalist or an expert from the Royal Astronomical Society; or perhaps you've worked with one of the Civilized Adventures team to design your own trip.
Your next step: Please fill out a booking form so we can have all the pertinent information we need. We keep this information on a strictly confidential basis. We never sell or share our mailing list.
Please mail or fax the form to us at (403) 205-4121.
Shortly after receiving your booking form, you'll receive a welcome package containing a mini-guide book, a trip handbook, a copy of your most recent itinerary, and a current flight schedule.
About 4 weeks prior to your departure, you'll receive your final document package and luggage tags. Depending on your arrangements you may also receive a Civilized Adventures duffle bag or carry-on back pack.
