Brief Itinerary
Day 1 - LIMA: Meet your guide and transfer to the airport hotel.
Days 2 & 3 - CAJAMARCA (2B, 2L): Fly to Cajamarca, the centre of the northern highlands. Visit the unique Porcon Farm (established by an evangelical community in 1535). City sites include the Ransom Room, the Museum of Religious Art, and the Medical, Ethnological and Archaeological Musem. See the pre-Inca channels, and the Ventanillas de Otuzco at Cumbemayo.
Days 4 & 5 - CHICLAYO (2B, 2L): Drive to Chiclayo. Visit the archaeological complex of Kunturwasi. Take a full day to discover the sites of Sipan, Tucume and the Royal Tombs.
Days 6 & 7 - TRUJILLO (2B, 2L): Visit the Sican Museum. Drive to Trujillo. Visit El Brujo Archaeological complex, an ancient Moche monument. Explore the ruins of Chan Chan, as well as the pyramids of the Sun and Moon Temples.
Day 8 - LIMA (B): After a morning tour of Trujillo, fly to Lima.
