June 28 & 29: Fly to Quito. Arrive late on June 28; Tour historic Quito and visit the Equator monument.

June 30 - July 3 — THE AMAZON: Explore the Amazon by boat and on foot with specialist local guides. View the jungle canopy from 40m high observation towers and walkways.

July 4 - 6 — OTAVALO: Cross the Equator to the famous market town of Otavalo. Visit a weaver’s village, cruise on a crater-lake, and enjoy the highland scenery, people, and culture.

July 7 — OTAVALO/QUITO: Visit the famous market and leather village; return to Quito. (Grand Hotel Mercure, 1nt, 1B, 1L)
July 8 - 14 — GALAPAGOS ISLANDS: Fly to the Galapagos; board our deluxe-class yacht. Explore the islands with two professional Galapagos naturalists. Visit the Charles Darwin Research Centre. Hike, explore, swim, relax!

July 15 & 16 — QUITO: Return to Quito. Visit an orphanage – our chance to support disadvantaged children. Time for shopping then explore Quito by night. Farewell Dinner at a special local restaurant.
