Brief Itinerary
Jan. 1/2 — DEPART CANADA: Depart Canada on Jan. 1
Jan. 3 — DELHI: Arrive Delhi; transfer to hotel (~1 hour drive). Afternoon tour. (The Manor, B)
Jan. 4 — DELHI - KATHGODAM: Morning touring. Overnight train to Kathgodam. (Ranikhet Express, air-conditioned sleeper class berth, B)
Jan. 5 — KATHGODAM-DEORA: Drive to Almora; begin walk to Deora village. (Deora Village House, L, D)
Jan. 6 — DEORA-KANA: Walk 12km (6-7 hours) to Kana Village. (Kana Village House, B, L, D)
Jan. 7 — DEORA-JWALABANJ: Walk 15km (6 hours) to Jwalabanj Village. Possible additional walk of 2.3km. (Jwalabanj Village House, B, L, D)
Jan. 8 — JWALABANJ - LETI: Drive (5 hours) to Leti; walk ~1 hour to the resort. (360 Leti, B, L, D)
Jan. 9 & 10 — LETI: Two days to walk or relax, as you choose. (360 Leti, 2B, 2L, 2D)
Jan. 11 — LETI - KANA: Drive back to Kana. (Kana Village House, B, L, D)
Jan. 12, 13 & 14 — CORBETT NATIONAL PARK: Drive to Corbett. Afternoon jeep safari. Morning and evening jeep safaris. (Hideway River Lodge, 3B, 3L, 3D)
Jan. 15 — CORBETT - DELHI: Drive to Delhi. (The Manor, B, L)
Jan. 16/17 — HOMEWARD: Transfer to the airport Jan. 16 or connect to the ”INDIA: Temples to Tigers” Civilized Adventure. (B)
