Brief Itinerary
Nov. 6/7 - to SYDNEY: Fly over the International Dateline to Sydney.
Nov. 8 & 9 - SYDNEY: Land in Sydney; transfer to our hotel; Welcome Dinner. Nov. 9: special full day tour with lunch.

Nov. 10 & 11 - COOKTOWN: Fly to Cairns; SkyRail cable car to Kuranda for lunch. Drive to laid-back Cooktown on Cape Tribulation. Nov. 11: Half of the group participates in a special tour with Aboriginal guide Willie Gordon. The rest of the group explores unique Cooktown with a cruise on the Endeavour River. In the afternoon we switch activities. Special dinner tonight. (Sovereign Resort, 2nts, 2B, 1L, 2D)
Nov. 12 - COOKTOWN & PORT DOUGLAS: Lunch en-route to Port Douglas. Check into our hotel for the 4-night stay. Pre-eclipse briefing and dinner. (Mantra Portsea, 1nt, B, L, D)
Nov. 13 - PORT DOUGLAS: Great Barrier Reef Cruise. Weather update from Don. (Mantra Portsea, 1nt, B, L)
Nov. 14 - ECLIPSE! Eclipse viewing from Four Mile Beach, right on our doorstep (with vehicle back-up if necessary). Return to the hotel for breakfast. Celebration lunch and free time.
