Dalmatian Island Cruising

Dalmatian Island Cruising

Tour Overview

Vis Island & Korcula

From Trogir we cruise through turquoise waters to Vis where we can walk on the shore or swim before heading onto Komiza. Optional bike hire to explore the nearby Greek and Roman ruins.

Blue Cave & Vela Luka

Weather permitting we board dinghies to explore the deep blue waters of the 'Blue Cave'. We travel onto a small bay near Vela Luka for a swim or walks on shore; optional visit to olive groves for dinner and music.

Korcula & Hvar

We spend time exploring the marvellous medieval Old Town of Korcula, one of the best preserved and most atmospheric in the Adriatic. We then travel to Hvar - an island rich in laurel, palms, rosemary and oleander. We could head inland to sample rural island life or just amble to the Citadel or Dominican Monastery. Sailing onto Brac and its Monastery, we finally arrive at _olta Island for our last night and where we can have our last dinner in a traditional restaurant. Finally we our last night is spent in Solta Island where we are spoilt for choice with numerous restaurants.

Comment

The itinerary is quite flexible. Plenty of time to explore the main cultural attractions of the islands, take short walks or just relax and swim. Sea breezes help temper the summer heat.
