Summary

This sample itinerary can be customized to your specifications. Take only parts of this trip, modify, add ... whatever suits you!

This is an outline of a journey taken by Civilized Adventures clients who travelled to Argentina & Chile in February, 2015 at the height of the southern summer months. Highlights included two regions of Patagonia (in Argentina and Chile), Mendoza in Argentina's wine district, and Iguazu Falls (staying in Argentina). This is a sample of journey that combines some shared and some private touring, good quality hotels and a unique "safari style" property in Torres del Paine, and a self-drive sector. This sample trip offers adventure, mountains, culture and wildlife with some independent travel via the self-drive sector. (If you wish, you could fly instead of self-drive).

  • This trip "exceeded expectations".
  • "Overall the experience was phenomenal. Many thanks to Andrew for putting the trip together for us".
