Our goal is to offer the discriminating traveller special-interest itineraries to exciting destinations. We do this for hosted groups that depart on specific dates through the year, and for individual travellers.

Our team is highly experienced as trip designers and travel consultants, and also as travellers. We know what works and what doesn't and we are constantly on the road learning about new properties and things to do.

SMALL-GROUP ADVENTURES:
We design group departures with organizations such as the Calgary Zoo, the Royal Astronomical Society, and the Jane Goodall Institute, Canada.

We have a strong base in natural history-based trips, as we are in our second decade of working with the Calgary Zoo on their special-interest trips. We try to get away from the crowds to bring you more intense gameviewing and cultural experiences. These trips change from year to year as we listen to your feedback as well as that of our trip hosts and staff who are always inspecting new properties. We appreciate your input, and, perhaps most importantly, these hosted adventures are in small groups usually ranging from 8 to 18 people (depending upon the destination).

We personally inspect properties and meet with local operators and guides before offering a destination in our hosted small-group line up. Where possible, we look for "heritage" properties, such as haciendas in Ecuador, and palaces in India. We may mix it up, adding unusual boutique properties with a distinctly modern flair.

We have a strong foundation in designing Tailored Civilized Adventures for private groups and individuals, including a number of Round-the-World trips relying on our strong affiliations world-wide.
